Payment information: when you subscribe to Pro or MAX tiers, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers — Stripe handles this directly.
Chat content: the messages, questions, and prompts you submit to the AI experts, and the responses generated

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, timestamps, and general interaction patterns with the Service
Device and log information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
Cookies and similar technologies: used for authentication, session management, remembering preferences, and — for free-tier users — serving relevant advertising (see Section 4)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
Process your subscription payments and manage your account tier (Free, Pro, MAX)
Generate AI responses to your questions by sending relevant conversation content to our AI model providers
Enforce usage limits (e.g., free-tier message caps)
Improve and troubleshoot the Service
Communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests
Display advertising to free-tier users (see Section 4)
Comply with legal obligations

3. How Your Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

3.1 AI Model Providers

To generate responses, your chat messages are sent to our third-party AI model provider(s) for processing. These providers process this data to generate a response but do not use it to identify you personally beyond what is necessary to fulfill the request.

3.2 Payment Processing

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

3.3 Infrastructure and Hosting

We use third-party service providers to operate the Service, including:

Supabase (database hosting)
Vercel (application hosting and deployment)
Cloudflare (domain, DNS, and email routing)

These providers may process data on our behalf as part of delivering their infrastructure services.

3.4 Advertising (Free Tier)

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements to users on our Free tier. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. See Section 4 for more detail and your choices.

3.5 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ProCueAI, our users, or others.

4. Advertising and Cookies (Google AdSense)

Free-tier users of ProCueAI are shown advertisements served through Google AdSense.

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to procueai.com and/or other sites on the internet.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
You may also opt out of some third-party vendor use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.

Subscribing to a Pro or MAX plan removes advertisements from your experience.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and chat data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

Access, correct, or delete your personal information
Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
Request a copy of your data in a portable format
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (e.g., opting out of personalized ads)
